Glutathione infusions
Glutathione is a vital protein consisting of 3 different amino acids: glutamic acid, cysteine and glycine.
The body produces glutathione itself, additionally it is absorbed through foods like spinach and broccoli. The amino acid is involved in almost all metabolic processes and regulates detoxification. In the case of a glutathione deficiency, which usually results from oxidative stress, chronic exhaustion and fatigue occur because there is not enough cell energy available.

Focus
Eumetabol®
Eumetabol is the brand name for a special compound of the protein glutathione. Namely exactly S-acetyl glutathione.
How is Eumetabol® used?
We administer the drug intravenously as an infusion. To do this, we dissolve the concentrated active ingredient in 100 ml of saline solution and let the solution run into your vein drop by drop.
Many patients feel an improvement in their well-being immediately after use.

Is there a difference between glutathione and S-acetyl glutathione (Eumetabol®)?
n order for “normal” glutathione to be absorbed, it must be broken down into its individual components in front of the cell membrane and then reassembled on the inside. This breakdown and reassembly enormously reduces its effectiveness. However, S-Acetyl-Glutathione (Eumetabol®), as it is used by us, is much more stable due to acetylation and is absorbed into the cell as a whole, i.e. it has a high bioavailability – the effect is thus said to be many times greater.
